Must Have
minimum 2-3 years leadership experience managing a small/large format retail environment, minimum of 1 year directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment for all roles below a Store Manager

A true passion for exceptional customer service, Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development, A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop relationships, Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience, An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others
