What You'll Do.
Cuts and merchandises all fresh meat commodities
efficient and friendly customer service
Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly
Prepares cutting lists for case fills
Conducts cutting tests
Monitors refrigeration for proper temperatures
Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress
Reports to work when scheduled and on time
Manages the department in the absence of the department manager and assistant department manager
Performs cleaning in the department
Replenishes and organizes coolers
Assists in other areas of store as needed
