What You'll Do.

Assist in merchandising seafood
Assist in rotisserie chicken area
Assist in full service deli
Cut special meat arrangements for Members
Maintain sanitation and safety standards
Carry out job functions and responsibilities
Support application of club policies
Ensure a safe and positive environment
Deliver service excellence
Resolve and deescalate member concerns
Deliver GOLD club standards
Maintain visible accurate signage
Clean and organized club
Understand performance reporting
Engage and provide assistance to Members
Answer questions regarding meat
Prepare special cuts of meat
and/or process fresh meats
and label cuts of meat
Showcase available products in meat case
Maintain appropriate inventory level
and cheese cases are stocked
Dispose of damaged and/or expired products
Clean and sanitize all equipment
Inspect and store meat upon delivery
Ensure received meats meet quality standards
Receive and unpack meat
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Work in other departments as needed
