Must Have
At least 18 years of age
Nice to Have
Previous experience working with fresh and processed meats, Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines, Prior experience working in a meat and/or deli department
What You'll Do.
Assist in merchandising seafood
Assist in merchandising rotisserie chickens
Assist in merchandising prepared foods
Assist in merchandising cheeses
Answer member questions
Maintain cleaning standards
Maintain safety standards
Inspect meat upon delivery
Store meat upon delivery
Ensure meat meets quality standards
Stock prepared food cases
Rotate products by expiration date
Dispose of damaged products
Dispose of expired products
Receive prepared foods
Unpack prepared foods
Clean display fixtures
Sanitize display fixtures
Clean meat department areas
Sanitize meat department areas
Clean refrigerated display cases
Sanitize refrigerated display cases
Maintain club policies
Maintain club procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Work in other departments as needed
