What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline), Minimum of five (5) years of Oil and Gas Engineering Experience in an upstream or midstream environment, working knowledge of oil, gas, and water measurement principles, including AGA/API/GPA standards, Experience supporting field measurement systems and troubleshooting data or instrumentation issues, Proficiency with measurement data systems and Microsoft Office applications, Willingness to travel up to once per month
Nice to Have
Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification, Preferred three (3) years of Oil and Gas Measurement experience, Experience with SCADA systems, flow computers, or gas analysis equipment, Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and internal/external measurement audits
What You'll Do.

This role provides technical oversight of measurement systems, supports data integrity, and partners cross-functionally to ensure compliance with regulatory, commercial, and company standards. **Job Responsibilities:** _Include but are not limited to_ * Ensure accurate and reliable measurement of oil, gas, and water volumes across operated assets in accordance with regulatory, commercial, and company standards. * Provide technical oversight and support for measurement systems, including meters, transducers, analyzers, and related instrumentation. * Review measurement data, identify discrepancies, and resolve volume variances in coordination with field operations, accounting, and commercial teams. * Support meter selection, design, installation, inspection, calibration, and maintenance programs to minimize downtime and measurement uncertainty. * Develop and maintain measurement standards, procedures, and documentation aligned with AGA, API, GPA, and applicable regulatory requirements. * Partner with Operations, Production Engineering, and Accounting to support audits, witnessing activities, allocations, and commercial reporting. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance measurement accuracy, automation, and data integrity. * Serve as a technical resource for measurement-related projects, startups, and system upgrades. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline). * Minimum of five (5) years of Oil and Gas Engineering Experience in an upstream or midstream environment. * Strong working knowledge of oil, gas, and water measurement principles, including AGA/API/GPA standards. * Experience supporting field measurement systems
