What We Offer - Competitive compensation between $58k-$65k/yr - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision - Enjoy team collaboration and role advancement About the Role In this position, you will: - Supervise Measure Tech Crew to ensure quality of work is maintained. - Attend daily meetings with production management to discuss weekly/monthly goals and tasks. - Daily reporting of job and completion statuses - Investigating mismeasurements - Overseeing performance of Measure Techs. Ensuring that performance discussions are documented and implemented accordingly. Key Qualifications - 2+ years previous remodeling experience. - 1-2 years of previous leadership experience. - Clean driving record. - 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) - Detail oriented within a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements/Work Environment • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Must be able to sit at a deck/computer and type for extended periods of time. • Must be able to operate warehouse equipment and machinery. • Full mobility needed including, crouching, bending, lifting, and kneeling for prolonged periods of time. • Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs About Renuity Renuity,
