Must Have
6+ years of brand marketing experience within FMCG and/or Consumer Health, Demonstrated experience building and delivering full-year brand plans, including communication, media and activation, Proven capability in consumer communications and launch management, including digital and influencer marketing, stakeholder and agency management experience, working cross-functionally to deliver commercial execution
Nice to Have
A masters in business with a specialization in sales/marketing, Experience in CPG brands/categories is an advantage, analytical and strategic thinking able to translate insights into impactful initiatives, commercial acumen with P&L exposure and executional rigor

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partners closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and agency teams; Collaboratively working with sales, finance, agencies and other critical stakeholders; Engage key business counterparts and operational stakeholders; Establish and maintain relationships with critical groups
