What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registered Nurse with current unencumbered license, 2 years managerial experience, Knowledge of medical practices and procedures, Knowledge of laws and regulations, Basic knowledge of office software, Able to read, write, and speak English, Excellent customer service skills
Nice to Have
Managerial experience in a hospital or nursing care
What You'll Do.
Coordinate resident assessment and care plan development
Update resident assessment and care plan
Monitor completion of PPS assessments
Monitor completion of OBRA assessments
Monitor completion of RAPs
Monitor completion of Triggers
Perform functions of a nurse
Participate in surveys and inspections
Oversee gathering of information for assessments
Oversee gathering of information for care plans
Schedule care plan conferences
Facilitate care plan conferences
Maintain written policies and procedures
Update written policies and procedures
Transmit completed MDS weekly
Maintain 15 months of completed MDS
Assess prospective residents
Perform administrative duties
Complete medical forms
Develop quality assurance program
Maintain quality assurance program
