We design, build, manage and provide integrated, optimised supply chain solutions. We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of our Finance Operations team as an MDM Specialist. The MDM Specialist’s role is to set up and manage complex systems and processes for our new and existing customers ensuring a quality solution is provided to meet customer needs. This includes the strictest levels of governance and accountability for system accuracy. **Requirements** As an MDM Specialist you will be responsible for: * Timely and accurate delivery of implementation * Build detailed documentation and workflows * Issue resolution with long-term solution * Ongoing training with stakeholders to enhance processes and systems moving forward * Validation of zones, fees and rates against contracts, to eliminate discrepancies * Proactive communication and follow up to efficiently resolve all discrepancy matters with internal and external stakeholders * Support of the broader functions as required * Problem solve invoicing and credit issues & find efficiency opportunities **Experience required** * Minimum of 12 months of Analytical and/or Systems experience * MS Office (Intermediate – Advanced Excel) * Successful track record of problem solving * Demonstrate strong mathematical ability * Proven creative thinking ability to overcome customer challenges * Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment * Adaptable in dealing with every-changing conditions This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career at efm Logistics and develop new skills, taking on exciting challenges.
