Must Have
Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or business management, Proven experience with data platforms - Azure Data Lake or similar cloud-based data platforms, Expertise in data profiling, cleansing, and quality assessment across multiple ERP or referential data systems, Advanced skills in Power BI (including dashboard design, DAX, and data integration), Knowledge of data modeling principles and ability to design scalable, harmonized data models, Have proven experience in IT project management including several stakeholders, regions, and multicultural teams, Proficient user of standard office IT applications (Microsoft Office Package), Fluent English is mandatory
Nice to Have
proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction are a plus, Knowledge of an MDM solution (TIBCO EBX, Informatica) is a plus, Experience in commodity trading, agriculture, or food industry is a plus
What You'll Do.
building the master data reporting products
master data harmonization across LDC platforms
businesses and systems
master data reporting
data governance and harmonization projects
Define and implement standards for master data products stored in an Azure-based data platform
Gather business requirements and lead the development and ongoing maintenance of reports
and data-driven applications related to master data
Promote and continuously improve Power BI reporting solutions
Analyze master data across multiple systems
Work closely with business and IT teams to identify data gaps
and improvement opportunities
Lead cross-functional data harmonization initiatives
Design and implement new or improved data models within the company’s global Master Data Management (MDM) platform
Deliver a consistent and harmonized set of master data
Contribute to the definition and execution of the organization’s master data strategy
