**_Job Description_** **WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?** We are seeking an MDM Engineer with strong experience in Informatica MDM to design, implement, and support master data management solutions that ensure high-quality, trusted, and governed data across the enterprise. This role is critical in enabling customer and reference data domains to support analytics, regulatory reporting, and operational systems. You will follow end-to-end process standards and guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient build-out of the MDM platform. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** **MDM Solution Design & Implementation** * Design and implement Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM Hub * Configure and manage data models, match/merge rules, hierarchies, and survivorship rules * Support customer and product data domains with domain-specific configurations **Data Integration & Quality** * Develop and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or CDI * Implement data quality rules and validation processes to ensure high data integrity * Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and MDM-related issues in production **Data Governance & Stewardship** * Work with business and data governance teams to define golden records and data standards * Support data stewardship workflows and governance processes * Contribute to data lineage, metadata management, and audit compliance requirements **System Integration** * Integrate MDM solutions with upstream and downstream systems across the enterprise * Support API-based integrations and data exchange with internal and external systems **Development Practices** * Participate in Agile development processes and code reviews * Maintain source code in Git repositories * Follow CI/CD pipeline practices and testing frameworks * Adhere to development and security standards **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?** **MUST HAVE:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field * 4–7 years of experience in MDM implemen
