Must Have
7+ years of experience in data architecture, MDM, or enterprise data platforms, 3-5 years in an MDM-focused role, Proven experience leading enterprise-scale MDM initiatives across multiple domains (e. g. , Customer, Supplier, Location, Finance), Proficiency with SQL, Data modeling (relational and analytical)
Nice to Have
PhD preferred, Specific ML framework experience, Cloud platform certs

Ensure efficient propagation of golden records
Partner with Data Governance teams to define data ownership
stewardship workflows
and exception handling
Embed data quality controls
and monitoring into MDM pipelines
and lineage requirements
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure performance
and reliability of MDM solutions
and publishing processes
Provide architectural oversight for releases
and platform enhancements
Act as a technical authority for MDM across the enterprise
Mentor data engineers and developers on MDM leading practices
Translate business requirements into scalable
well-governed master data solutions

This role partners closely with data engineering, application teams, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and business-aligned master data solutions. As an MDM Architect, you will be responsible for: MDM Architecture & Design * Define and maintain the enterprise MDM architecture, including domain modeling, match / merge strategies, survivorship rules, hierarchy management, and reference data design * D**esign MDM solutions using Informatica IDMC (Multidomain MDM, C360 / S360 / R360, CDQ, CDI, CAI) aligned to enterprise data architecture standards**
