Must Have
5+ years’ experience in merchandising or buying role in Outdoor and/or Sportswear Fashion industry, analytical skills, Excellent written & verbal communication ability to present and communicate with executives, Execllent product sensibility, Ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability for their business, Excellent in Excel (pivot table, vlookup), Powerpoint and MS Word
What You'll Do.
Participate in Line Review & buying sessions
Develop seasonal merchandising assortment strategy
Create and execute balanced and profitable product assortments
Set action plans and monitor KPIs
Manage product life cycle
Maintain assortment and line communicate changes
Implement product knowledge trainings
track and report on business and product trends
Conduct Competitive Analysis
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with cross functional partners; Cross functional partnership with Supply Chain, Retail, VM, EC, Wholesale, Marketing, other regional buyers etc; Communicate changes in styles, deliveries, quantities to cross functional team
Communication Scope
Excellent written & verbal communication; Ability to present and communicate with executives
