执行公司及区域市场推广策略, 制定个人绩效计划, 完成及超越绩效目标, 就目标客户日常拜访及宣传推广, 与目标客户保持良好长期关系, 积极有效开发新客户, 了解目标客户情况, 及时、真实完成各项工作报表, 严格执行公司各项市场活动, 了解竞争产品最新动态, 准确传递产品信息, 监控目标区域市场动向, 收集患者使用产品不良反应信息, 汇报不良反应信息, 协助地区经理完成新入职代表培训, 协助地区经理进行产品知识培训, 遵守合规所有相关规定
