Citizen to be eligible for this position., minimum of 4 years of directly related work experience as a maintenance shop chief in USMC or Army Quality Control and/or 3rd, 4th Echelon or depot Level of maintenance., working knowledge of MCO 4790. 2_, MCO P4400. 150_, GCSS-MC and applicable reports, or Army equivalents., in-depth understanding of Marine Corps or Army policies, regulations, and orders., knowledge and application of quality assurance principles and techniques., knowledge and understanding of maintenance management functional areas/MMO., Working knowledge of DoD publications and associated resources to include Marine Corps Publication Distribution System (MCPDS)., robust ability to use standard commercial word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and statistical software applications., comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.

Nice to Have

(USMC MOS, or Army equivalent 2141, 2146, 2147, 2149). Completed applicable maintenance related training through progression in rank (Journeyman School, Intermediate Maintenance Training for NCO’s/SNCO’s, Chief School)., Familiar with Six Sigma or other process improvement methods., Lean / Six Sigma Yellow Belt Trained.

We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces. **Job Summary** You will serve as the Internal Quality representative for the Ordnance Section reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
