Must Have
3+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Backend Engineer, Data Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role, Python skills, Experience with APIs and system integrations, Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or interest in AI integration technologies, Experience working with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar, SQL skills, Experience troubleshooting production systems, Comfortable working directly with clients and technical stakeholders

Support clients during MCP integrations
Troubleshoot integration issues
Review logs and API responses
Work closely with AI engineers
Provide technical guidance
Participate in client calls
Create and improve documentation
Help identify recurring issues

Bridge between customer engineering teams and internal AI engineering team; Work closely with AI engineers; Provide technical guidance and best practices to client teams
