We represent diverse experiences and backgrounds which strengthens our team and mirrors the healthcare communities we engage. **Main Responsibilities:** * The role of MCO Medical Lead, Paediatric Vaccines, carries broad responsibility for a product portfolio that crosses franchise lines. * As their primary focus, the role leads the medical and scientific (non-promotional) strategy for products predominantly serving paediatric populations in a cross-franchise manner in close partnership with the functional franchise heads and in alignment with the overall strategies of relevant franchises represented in the Paediatric Vaccines portfolio. * In addition, at the country level where the role is located, it secondarily supports adult respiratory vaccines in a transversal and collaborative fashion, partnering with the Adult Vaccines Medical Team to represent a “One Respiratory” way of working. **Strategy** * Be accountable for the development and execution of the MCO and local country Medical Roadmap, integrated Medical Action Plan and integrated Evidence Generation Plan (iEGP) * Provide strategic leadership and oversight of projects and activities for the Medical Team and work in close collaboration with other departments including brand teams and Public Affairs * Work with various internal stakeholders to align on strategy including * Country Medical Heads * Country Medical Advisors * Global Medical Teams to ensure alignment of the MCO / local country Medical strategies * Additional cross-functional internal stake
