Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, 1 to 3 years of experience of relevant professional experience, Experience supporting events, operations, and/or administrative work, Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously, Comfortable working with data, budgets, and vendors, communication skills, service-oriented mindset, Positive and collaborative team player who is reliable, takes ownership of their work, and is excited to grow in the role and work with a very collaborative team, flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend work to support events and programming
Nice to Have
Experience with tools such as Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and execute key program events
Support student clubs in planning and delivering events
Support daily office functions
Manage financial processes for student organizations
Identify process improvements
Provide insights to support decision-making
Provide administrative support to the Senior Associate Dean
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works closely with the entire MBA Program Office team; Interacts regularly with MBA Student Organizations / Club Leaders; Interacts regularly with Student Assistants; Interacts regularly with Admissions Team; Interacts regularly with Finance Department; Interacts regularly with Event Department; Interacts regularly with Facilities Department; Interacts regularly with other McDonough School of Business stakeholders
