What They're Looking For.
Must Have
experience in Maximo testing, Solid understanding of QA processes and methodologies, Ability to drive operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment, Proficiency in maintaining QA documentation and tracking delivery changes for auditing purposes, Capable of executing and completing assigned projects within negotiated time, scope, and budget, Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with project implementation plans, Lead cross-functional teams, including Maximo testers
Nice to Have
Experience in the Utilites industry is a plus
What You'll Do.
lead and deliver testing services
establish and improve the overall QA processes
improve the quality of the product
Collaborate with the TTC leadership team to ensure successful testing within the organization
Lead and deliver as required on critical engagements within the Maximo testing practice
Assess and develop a deep understanding of customer's manual and automated testing needs within the Maximo environment
Maintain a hands-on involvement in test execution
and risk coverage analysis
Review functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for Maximo applications
Produce test artifacts
including test strategy
and test metrics reports
Ensure high-quality work internally and at customer sites while meeting project deadlines
Actively participate in project team meetings
offering insights on application issues and presenting solutions to meet requirements and ensure desired quality
Deliver good quality work internally and at customer sites
Define project objectives
and deliverables in alignment with project implementation plans
Lead cross-functional teams
including Maximo testers
