5–7 years of technical experience with IBM Maximo (specifically version 7. 6. x), 3+ years of experience with SQL and database manipulation, 3+ years of experience creating and managing BIRT reports, Demonstrated experience with Maximo Integration Framework and Workflow Designer, Ability to pass and maintain at a minimum an active Secret Clearance, US Citizenship required, Must have a valid Driver’s License, US ability to travel for project implementations and workforce training
Nice to Have
Experience with Maximo Mobile Informer implementation and troubleshooting, Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification

Full Job Description
The Maximo Developer supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and enhancement of Maximo 7.6.1 (and future upgrades) across multiple instances. Working under the guidance of a Lead Developer, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, handling everything from complex SQL data requests and BIRT reporting to workflow automation and system integrations. **_Essential Responsibilities_** * System Maintenance & Administration: Manage user accounts, security groups, and license compliance. Perform administrative updates using Application Designer, Escalations, Cron Tasks, and Communication Templates. * Development & Enhancement: Design, code, and document system modifications. Create and update complex Workflows, Action Groups, and Roles to align with changing business processes. * Reporting & Data Analytics: Develop and maintain BIRT reports and Maximo Ad Hoc reports.
