Maven Developer **The Opportunity:** As a Defense Mission Expert III, you will apply extensive operational leadership and project management expertise to advance NORAD and USNORTHCOM mission priorities. In this role, you will help shape the evolution and growth of the Homeland Enterprise, supporting strategic integration, readiness, policy development, and operational synchronization across joint, interagency, and multinational partners. You will guide cross‑functional teams working on complex mission challenges, contribute to enterprise‑level decision frameworks, and support the development of new operational concepts that strengthen Homeland Defense and Defense Support to Civil Authorities. This position is highly collaborative and requires the ability to translate evolving mission needs into actionable plans, recommendations, and project outcomes. Your background in large‑scale operations, resource management, readiness, and strategic planning will directly support NORAD and USNORTHCOM headquarters, helping deliver solutions that advance national security objectives.
