University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain degree, Business Administration degree, Proven experience in Programme Management, Material Support experience, Logistics experience, Customer Services Contract Management experience, Advanced level in English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of LTA/MRTT programmes, Experience collaborating with local teams at Military Air Bases, Experience in Lean Services/Continuous Improvement projects
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage Performance-Based Logistics contracts
Lead and manage In-Service Support contracts
Ensure compliance with material support requirements
Act as primary interface between Customer Services Regional
Coordinate and drive execution within Material Services Centres
Secure on-time delivery
Support Entry Into Service
Achieve milestone achievements
Steer financial performance
Manage operating plans
Manage cost-reduction initiatives
Establish proactive End-to-End risk management
Establish issue resolution processes
Escalate critical roadblocks
Implement recovery plans
Ensure business integrity
Ensure compliance across all contract perimeters
Identify non-compliance risks
