If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a** _Materials Supervisor_** located in Guadalajara, North Campus. _ _This role involves being responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the site Materials management, covering the full spectrum of Purchasing, Planning and Inventory management._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Support and monitor site materials management activities, including but not limited to production planning, finish good sales, inventory levels and work orders._ * _Ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory levels._ * _Develop materials schedules and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering._ * _Assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system._ * _Establish and implement best practices for materials management processes and workflows executed by the materials team._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _Experience in food safety and manufacturing industries._ * _Flexible working hours._ * _Proven background in materials management and inventory control._ * _BA/BS degree._ * _Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel._ * _Working knowledge of MRP systems (e.g., SAP, BAAN)._ * _Previous experience in Warehouse logistics processes such as receiving materials, picking and kitting._ * _Basic English communication skills; assertive verbal and written communica
