All Exmark products are designed to help customers increase productivity, while delivering unmatched quality. **Hours** : 1st Shift, 6:00AM - 2:00PM **Pay** : _$22.24_ **What Will You Do?** * Create and execute visual management of inventory levels in purchased parts markets * Communicate potential shortages to cycle counters and/or material coordinators * Ensure purchased part markets are conforming to the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) plan layout * Develop and maintain 5S standards for parts markets – assist with updating standard work, training to standard work, and auditing when appropriate * Update market metric boards on a daily basis * Create and support all process changes to purchased parts markets – new parts, stock utilization, identifying obsolete parts * Perform Kanban card audits * Assist with physical layout and implementation of purchased parts markets * Material handle purchased parts as needed using mobile equipment * Perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner * Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved * Willingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisor **What Do You Need?** * Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while additional ability to work well with others in a collaborative manner * High attention to organization and detail * Working knowledge of all MS Office applications preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Ability to create and follow standard work and procedures * Previous forklift experience and/or ability to become forklift certified * Good communication skills (verbal and written) * High school diplo
