**Materials Operator (Dutch speaking)** **Location** : Bornem **Contract duration** : Temporary contract until 31/12/2026 ## As a **Materials Operator** , you are responsible for accurate stock handling and ensuring all processes meet customer requirements. You work independently and play a vital role in the finishing and shipment of our products. **What you will get:** * An agile career and dynamic working culture * An inclusive and ethical workplace * Compensation programs that recognize high performance * A variety of benefits dependant on role and location * The full list of our global benefits can be also found on [**_https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits_**](https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits)**.** **What you will do:** * Off-line relabeling & packaging of stock orders/free stock cartons, taking into account all customer specifications. * The caddy process, reception of returns, and reception of imports. * Internal and external sampling and internal reprocessing. * Repacking boxes, insulating pallets, and scrap handling. * Collection of boxes and other auxiliary materials necessary for the correct finishing of the final product. * Using a manual and electric pallet truck. * Operating the wrapping machine. * Maintain thorough knowledge of SAP and MES and all related applications (CEX, reprocessing, finishing, labeling tool, etc.). * Carry out all corrections of deviations necessary for the shipment of the goods. * Ensure weekly cleaning and registration on documents. * Daily cleaning of the workplace. ### **What we are looking for:** * Computer Skills: An affinity with computers is a must. Experience with SAP, Excel, and Word is a strong plus. * Fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of English is a plus. * You have a real hands-on mentality. * This is a 100% onsite role.
