What They're Looking For.
Must Have
bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field, 5+ years of experience in supply chain or finance, 3+ years of experience managing people or teams directly, experience in S&OP, forecasting, inventory optimization, and asset management, knowledge of SAP, willing and able to work in the office as needed, able to work with and influence stakeholders, strategic thinking with tactical execution and a sense of urgency, experience managing and developing teams
Nice to Have
APICS certification, People leadership experience (direct, matrix, or influence-based) with demonstrated leadership capabilities
What You'll Do.
lead the implementation
and continuous improvement of the S&OP process
work closely with supply chain
and product line teams to ensure accurate forecasting
aligned demand and supply signals
and effective decision-making across the business
manage the S&OP and forecasting team
Implementing the S&OP process and ensuring compliance with HQ governance
including S&OP outputs
Working with supply chain teams on medium- to long-term supply planning and executing strategy deliverables
Communicating with regional and product line planners to understand business trends
Working with regional sales and service delivery teams to create a 12–18-month regional forecast
Aggregating regional forecasts into a global product line forecast
Netting regional demand plans against inventory to create a netted demand plan
Netting regional demand plans against regional supply plans
Working with operations to locate existing inventory or identify substitutions for open orders
Scheduling and leading monthly S&OP calls
Developing and prioritizing continuous improvement projects to maximize S&OP value
and other signals are aligned and communicated to end users
Ensuring product lifecycle management for new and obsolete products is incorporated into the S&OP process
and ETO standards are defined and implemented within S&OP
Managing the S&OP and forecasting team
and career progression
