Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field, 3+ years of program/project management experience, 3+ years working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, 2+ years of supply chain experience, Advanced Excel skills, SQL proficiency, Experience defining program requirements, Using data and metrics to drive process improvements, Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Experience at writing clear, concise documents
Nice to Have
Experience managing contract manufacturers in Asia, Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles, Mandarin language skills, MBA or related advanced degree, Experience with ERP systems, Track record of process innovation, Experience at writing clear, concise documents, Presenting to leadership
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end materials management

Drive daily operations with global OEM partners
Lead shortage resolution
Lead risk mitigation strategies
Develop supply chain processes
Optimize supply chain processes
Serve as primary liaison between OEM partners and
Build relationships with global suppliers
Represent materials organization in key program meetings
Collaborate across engineering
Monitor OEM performance against goals
Drive OEM performance against goals
Implement data-driven process improvements
Manage material shortages
Manage sourcing efforts
Create business metrics
Maintain critical business metrics
Develop material forecasts
