Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world. **What you 'll be doing:** * Lead materials planning, procurement, and inventory control for electronic components (turnkey and consigned) * Manage end-to-end supply chain activities to support high-mix, low-to-medium volume production environments * Drive Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and demand forecasting processes to ensure material availability and production continuity * Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical and constrained electronic components * Partner with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and distributors to ensure continuity of supply, especially for long lead-time and allocation-driven components * Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including shortages, obsolescence, and lifecycle challenges (EOL/PCN management) * Collaborate closely with engineering, NPI (New Product Introduction), and operations teams to support product launches and transitions * Optimize inventory levels while balancing service levels and working capital targets * Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies **What we need to see:** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience) * 12+ years of experience in materials management within high-tech electronics manufacturing *
