Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related technical field, 8–12 years of experience in materials management, production planning, or supply chain operations, 3+ years in a leadership role, Experience managing MRP planning in high-mix, multi-level BOM environments, Experience with global supply chains, ERP experience, Advanced ERP expertise, Knowledge of SIOP/S&OP processes, Experience presenting at executive level, Proficiency in statistical forecasting, Proficiency in demand planning methodologies, Proficiency in forecast accuracy metrics, Familiarity with RCCP, Familiarity with constraint modeling, Familiarity with finite scheduling concepts, Advanced analytical skills using Excel, Advanced analytical skills using BI tools, Deep knowledge of inventory management principles, Deep knowledge of safety stock modeling, Deep knowledge of working capital optimization
Nice to Have
Master's degree (MBA or Supply Chain / Engineering), SAP ERP experience, Industry experience in semiconductor equipment, Industry experience in precision instruments, Industry experience in medical devices, Industry experience in aerospace / defense, Industry experience in analytical technologies, APICS CPIM desired, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired, Communication skills, Facilitation skills, Cross-functional leadership skills, Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, Ability to drive continuous improvement
