Materials Management Analyst (Associate or Experienced) **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a **Material Management Analyst** to join our team in **Seattle, WA**. Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a motivated individual ready to dive right into our toughest procurement challenges and drive solutions that help project teams succeed. BT&E has an extensive portfolio of Commercial and Defense related projects with a high volume of part demand in progress – spanning Systems, Structures, Aerodynamics, Instrumentation, and Propulsion capabilities, among others. You will be responsible for a portfolio of such projects and will step in to fill a key role in procurement performance management and part status visibility, in support of the various leadership teams within your portfolio. You will also contribute to development of improved supply chain management processes within BT&E as we continuously improve on Program Management Best Practices. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate or Experienced Level Materials Management Analysts. **Position Responsibilities:** * Create Line of Balance for test program parts, track order Estimated Completion Date (ECD) and parts risks, parts kits, and costs * Tie data together from several systems BT&E Parts ordering and tracking, Material Management Organization (MMO), and Supply Management (SM) systems * Coordinate with required organizations to resolve problems affecting the supply chain * Work with MMO and SM to expedite parts that do not support test plan * Frequently interrogate the systems to ensure plans are on track * Reconcile discrepancies in information to mitigate or minimize disruptions in the supply chain * Provide visibility and project management for test parts process * Maintain and update information systems that distribute materials management information to required recipients * Help to define and document process * Works under g
