Must Have

Bachelor's in Engineering, Materials or Chemistry with at least two years of hands on, Master's or PhD in Engineering, Materials or Chemistry, US Citizen and be eligible to obtain DoD clearance

Knowledge of polymer matrix composites, ceramic matrix composites and ceramic coatings, Knowledge of sol-gel based processes, Experience with developing or using process models for chemical processes, Ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking to a range of technical problems, Practical knowledge and use of advanced analytical techniques, Understanding and use of manufacturing techniques for polymer matrix composites, ceramic matrix composites and ceramic coatings
