The Materials Coordinator is responsible for supporting purchasing operations and materials flow to ensure production schedules are met. This role ensures materials arrive on time, are properly received and recorded, and that all data is accurately maintained in the ERP system. The materials Coordinator collaborates with vendors and internal teams, including operations, purchasing, and production, to support efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Accountabilities: * Monitor the production schedule and track delivery dates for purchased materials using the ERP * system (IFS). * Communicate with vendors to expedite, adjust, or confirm delivery timelines as needed to support production requirements. * Process clerical duties related to purchasing and receiving, including purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation. * Enter and update purchasing data accurately in the ERP system, ensuring records are current and complete. * Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation to support accurate materials availability. * Coordinate with internal departments to communicate material status, delays, or changes that may impact production schedules. * Support th
