What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, materials coordination, or production support, ERP/MRP experience required, Demonstrated understanding of inventory management, material flow, and WIP control
Nice to Have
Experience handling optical or precision components preferred, Familiarity with cleanroom and ESD‑controlled environments
What You'll Do.

Identifying material constraints
Supporting recovery activities to prevent production disruption
Coordinating and performing in-plant movement of materials to support continuous flow and changing production priorities
and transacting materials to work orders using the ERP/MRP system
Ensuring proper handling
and packaging of critical and fragile optical components
Facilitating accurate and timely material handoff from production to shipping
ensuring required inventory and quality documentation is complete
Supporting execution of production
and rework schedules by aligning material availability with established priorities
Analyzing on-hand inventory
and work-in-process (WIP) to identify shortages
Partnering with supervisors and planners to develop recovery plans for overdue or constrained material
Developing schedule forecasts to support new product introductions and anticipated order spikes
Ensuring repair and rework units are organized and prioritized on the production floor according to the active schedule
Managing inventory levels of consumables supporting cleanroom
and chemical processes
Maintaining inventory accuracy and lot traceability through disciplined ERP/MRP transactions and physical material controls
Supporting cycle count activities and assisting in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
Ensuring system data accurately reflects physical material status to support production execution
Utilizing customer shipment portals to schedule deliveries
update shipment status

Coordinating with Shipping to ensure material readiness aligns with outbound shipment commitments
Maintaining 5S standards within inventory storage
and material handling areas
Developing and maintaining documentation and procedures related to material flow and inventory processes

Proactively identifying material risks and escalating issues that may impact production or shipment commitments
and ESD procedures to ensure safe handling of materials

Performing other duties as assigned to support operational objectives
