Contributes to the development of specifications and standards

Contributes to product lifing statements and critical part life management plan activities through review and documentation of material condition

## **Job Description** **Job Title:****Materials Application Engineer** **Working Pattern: Fulltime** **Working location: Indianapolis, IN** As a Materials Applications Engineer you will be a primary materials point of contact for Engine Programs and various capabilities within Core Engineering, providing knowledge and expertise on engineering materials. You will lead and/or execute tasks on the development of materials, processes, models and analysis methods; the application and use of materials to the design, test, manufacture, and service operation of systems; the generation, analysis, and approval of materials design data; the generation and maintenance of materials-related specifications and standards; and the execution of failure or defect investigations.
