Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, 5+ years of experience in taking new technology trends and bringing them into production, 1 year of experience in a leadership role

Materials & Process Engineering, Non Destructive Evaluation, Airplane program experience, Team leadership and/or management experience, Team building, developing and motivating employees, Communication skills and working with executive leaders, Ability to adapt to a changing statement of work
