What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, 5+ years of experience in taking new technology trends and bringing them into production (e. g. ; technical experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing industries), at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership"
Nice to Have
Experience in Materials & Process Engineering, Working knowledge of Non Destructive Evaluation and it place within the Boeing community, Airplane program experience, Team leadership and/or management experience, Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees, communication skills and working with executive leaders, Ability to adapt to a changing statement of work
What You'll Do.
