What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's Sciences Degree or Engineering, Experience in management of Projects, KPis, and data analysis, Experience in Special Processes/M&P, such as manufacturing of composites, electrical manufacturing processes, chemical processes, surface and protection processes, heat treatment, welding, assemblies, testing of materials, sealants, coatings, paints and Processes Control, Experience in laboratory test method, Knowledge and experience of methodologies for processes qualification, Experience in manufacturing shopfloor enviroments, Experience in impact analysis, leading problem-solving activities and risk analysis, Experience as auditor and audits or reviews at supplier level, Experience in Non conformities resolution and root cause analysis, Knowledge and experience on EN9100, Nadcap Program, Quality and Regulations, High flexibility, interpersonal skills, ability to find solutions in a context of high pressure, A good level of English, A good level of Spanish, Availability for very frequent travelling is required (including out of Europe. Long stancies may be required)

Industrial Qualification of processes
coordination and execution of qualification Plans
Spreading out and implementing process qualification requirements for Airbus DS
Perform technical assessments of capabilities and risks from the special processes/manufacturing processes point of view
Evaluate compliance against the requirements
Process and product technical audits
Carry out analysis of deviations and anomalies of special processes/manufacturing processes and materials
Conduct studies for changes in process requirements
Definition and development of procedures and specifications
Representing M&P-PE department in MFTs and Task Groups for the Projects assigned
Data and trends analysis
Project Management (focused in M&P industrial environment
