Master's Sciences Degree or Engineering, Experience in management of Projects, Experience in KPis, Experience in data analysis, Experience in Special Processes/M&P, Experience in manufacturing of composites, Experience in electrical manufacturing processes, Experience in chemical processes, Experience in surface and protection processes, Experience in heat treatment, Experience in welding, Experience in assemblies, Experience in testing of materials, Experience in sealants, Experience in coatings, Experience in paints, Experience in Processes Control, Experience in laboratory test method, Knowledge and experience of methodologies for processes qualification, Experience in manufacturing shopfloor enviroments, Knowledge of manufacturing engineering concepts, Experience in impact analysis, Experience leading problem-solving activities, Experience in risk analysis, Experience as auditor, Experience in audits or reviews at supplier level, Experience in Non conformities resolution, Experience in root cause analysis, Knowledge and experience on EN9100, Knowledge and experience on Nadcap Program, Knowledge and experience on Quality, Knowledge and experience on Regulations, High flexibility, Interpersonal skills, Ability to find solutions in a context of high pressure, Good level of English, Good level of Spanish, Availability for very frequent travelling
