Leads the day to day activities of a team in support of the inventory planning and controls activities. Maintains control over the volume of raw materials, parts in process and/or finished products, in order to ensure pre-determined stock levels. Reviews daily audit reports to ensure correct ledger entries and works with planning to forecast future inventory needs. This is the most likely job to be associated with a plant level inventory control supervisor.
