Industry & Context.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and material nonconformances
May require standing, lifting, and operating material handling equipment, Possible overtime or weekend support based on production schedules, verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States, complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire, participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility, verify the identity and employment authorization of all new employees using the E-Verify system
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–7 years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, or supply chain within aerospace or manufacturing environments, Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, Knowledge of aerospace materials traceability and documentation requirements, Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Epicor, understanding of inventory control and logistics processes, Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments and meet production deadlines
Nice to Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Aviation Management, or related field, Experience in aviation or aerospace manufacturing, Knowledge of FAA regulations and AS9100 standards, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification, Forklift certification, hazardous materials shipping knowledge
What You'll Do.
Supervise daily material handling
and inventory control operations
Ensure timely delivery of raw materials
and aircraft components to production lines
Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Manage material transactions within ERP/MRP systems
Oversee receiving inspections and ensure compliance with aerospace traceability requirements
Maintain compliance with FAA
and company quality standards
Lead and train warehouse/material personnel on procedures
and continuous improvement initiatives
Support lean manufacturing
and inventory optimization efforts
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
and material nonconformances
Prepare reports related to inventory performance
and operational metrics
Coordinate domestic and international shipments
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to prevent shortages and delays; Lead and train warehouse/material personnel
