Must Have
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience, Experience with Supply Chain strategies, processes, and / or related procedures, Related Vendor / supplier relationship management experience, Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Analytical skills required to evaluate end-to end planning and identify constraints, risks and opportunities, Experience working with Risk and Opportunity Management (ROM), Experience with SAP / PRISM, Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset (i. e. pivot tables, filters, advanced formulas, macros, automation, MS Office Integration, etc.), Industry Program Management certifications and /or as an Internal Candidate must achieve: MPM Level 4, PM Level 7. EVMS and CORE Certifications
