Raytheon is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager (MPM) in support of a development program, moving to production within Naval Power onsite in Tucson, Arizona. This role will be responsible for program supplier performance and material management. In this role you will develop and execute a material program strategy/plan for a program or integrated product team. You will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Program Team engaging with the program supply base, executing material strategies and plans as well as tactical execution through product delivery. Key responsibilities include the following: developing and implementing material strategies, monitoring and driving supplier deliveries, contributing to material forecasts, EACs, and proposals as needed.
