****Job Description:**** As a Material and Process In-Service Engineer for Aircrafts, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise and technical support to queries related to Aircraft coming in from flights in operation as well as interfacing engineering teams, on various aircraft programs. In this role you will be responsible for : 1-Provide the highest possible level of technical services to Airbus customers on Material & Processes Engineering matters (Metal, Fasteners, Surface protection, Sealant, Paint, Stripping, Cleaning, Adhesives, Composite, , etc… ) by: * Answering all technical queries raised by the Customers within the defined time scale and with the expected level of quality, * Analysing all in-service events to identify potential impact (including airworthiness, reliability, cost, etc.), launching and progressing all actions necessary to find the cause of the events and initiating/following-up development of corrective actions or producing improvement with the Airbus Design organisation, * Providing Engineering support to Customer Services departments and other Airbus departments. 2- Initiate and follow up Material & Processes relative documentation updates (Airbus Maintenance Manual, Structure Repair Manual). _Required skills and expertise:_ Technical experience in Material and Processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good co-ordination and relational skills to deal with customers, partners and other Airbus departments. Service minded and highly customer focused. Ability to take initiative for further Material and Processes improvements. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work with autonomy and manage short term and long term activities. An experience in Customer / Airline support activity or an experience in Airline maintenance or MRO is a plus.
