Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business, 6+ years equivalent experience in material planning or supply chain, 2-4 years experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain, Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Understanding of MRP/MRPII and inventory management principles, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to work cross-functionally, Able to obtain and maintain a U. S. Security Clearance
Nice to Have
Experience with material movement, Experience with warehouse operations, Experience with demand planning, Experience with replenishment systems, Background in manufacturing, aerospace, space, or distribution environments
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain material requirements plans
Coordinate material flow to support production schedules
Ensure materials are available at right time
Minimize inventory levels and waste
Collaborate with procurement
Monitor inventory levels
Identify shortages or excesses
Take corrective actions to minimize disruptions
Analyze demand patterns
Adjust planning parameters
Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules
Confirm order deliveries
Generate planning reports
Review planning KPIs and metrics
Drive continuous improvement
Identify and resolve material discrepancies
Resolve over/under-stock situations
Resolve supply chain bottlenecks
Participate in S support
Maintain ERP system data
Maintain item master data
