Must Have

3-5 years previous experience, Manufacturing experience

What You'll Do.

Coordinate planning for materials department

Coordinate processing materials to POU

Achieve inventory goals

Ensure MRB processes followed

Meet all materials measurements

Drive reduction of inventory adjustments

Implement Engineering Change Orders

Maintain accuracy of 500 series requirements

Maintain accuracy of reject requirements

Assist in reducing obsolete inventory

Release planned orders to release dates

Maintain sub-inventories

Coordinate kitting activities

Update daily kitting reports

Work with capacity planning

Update weekly capacity charts

Ensure materials planning

Monitor and reduce obsolete to zero

Ensure gateways and bowling alleys are empty

Monitor and reduce past due demand to zero

Reduce negatives to zero

Deliver new work order packages daily

Release shop orders to start date

Review daily dispatch list

Correct materials in shop order BOM

Adjust shop order quantities

Ensure closed jobs are auctioned daily

Work shop order process to completion
