This role is critical to ensuring supply continuity and stable planning execution during a replacement period. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, autonomous, and able to think outside the box, with the ability to step in quickly and manage priorities with minimal ramp-up time. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Ensure end-to-end buying and planning execution to support production and demand * Build and execute purchase plans based on forecasts, inventory targets, and lead times * Place and manage purchase orders; monitor confirmations and proactively address shortages or delays * Analyze inventory levels and take actions to prevent stock-outs or excess * Manage supplier follow-up on delivery performance and short-term capacity constraints * Work closely with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve supply issues * Escalate risks and implement practical mitigation plans * Maintain data accuracy and planning parameters in ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) * Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to daily activities; identify quick wins and propose pragmatic improvements within the assignment timeframe **Required Knowledge and Experience: ** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field * 5–7+ years of experience in Buyer Planner / Supply Chain / Procurement roles * Strong ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP preferred) * Proven experience managing suppliers and supply issues in a manufacturing environment * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are int
