What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–6+ years of experience in material planning, supply planning, or inventory management, Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred), Experience working with Contract Manufacturers and consigned inventory models, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel (much more than just pivot tables), Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience in hardware, electronics, or manufacturing environments, APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP), Familiarity with demand planning and S&OP processes, Experience with inventory reconciliation and audit processes
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end planning of consigned materials supplied to Contract Manufacturers.
Utilize NetSuite MRP to generate and manage supply plans
analyze demand signals and recommend purchase actions

Monitor inventory levels across internal and CM locations to ensure continuity of supply.
Identify and mitigate risks related to shortages
Track and reconcile consigned inventory balances and consumption reporting from CMs.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes

Support S&OP or demand planning cycles with material readiness insights.
Maintain accurate master data within NetSuite (BOMs
planning attributes).

ALSO is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Material Planner to manage the planning, procurement, and availability of consigned materials supporting our Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners. This role will leverage our NetSuite MRP system to ensure the right materials are available at the right time, minimizing shortages, excess inventory, and production disruptions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in material planning, ERP/MRP systems (preferably NetSuite), and external manufacturing environments.
