Must Have
M. Sc or B. Sc degree in relevant field (commercial, industrial engineering, logistics), Three years of supervisory experience, Proven experience to lead projects from initiation to completion, Prior working experience in purchasing or sourcing, Experience in leading a team, Collaborative and customer focused way of working, Excellent communication skills both in Finnish and in English, Ability for independent decision making and escalation when required to meet customer expectations, Ability to keep difficulties in perspective and excellent problem-solving skills, Proactive working style and proven track record of getting things done, Capability to prioritize tasks when needed
What You'll Do.
Prepare and manage special material purchases
Perform and coordinate daily purchasing activities
Work actively with suppliers and monitor supplier performance
Give guidance and instructions to the team
Monitor the performance and achievements of the team
Assign tasks to team members
Follow up and balance the workload within the team
Develop actively the ways of working
Report progress of tasks and results

Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (production, supply projects, sourcing, logistics); Close cooperation with HR-related topics; Cooperation with production, supply project management, suppliers, and sourcing
