Must Have
Background in material science, polymer engineering or plastics technology, Solid experience in material testing, ideally in thermal analysis (DSC, TGA, TMA), rheology or mechanical characterization, Understanding of how material properties are used in polymer processing simulations, grasp of measurement processes and laboratory workflows, Ability to structure and document procedures in a clear and reproducible way, Experience in data evaluation and interpretation of material testing results, Builder mindset with execution capability, Ability to work independently and bring clarity to evolving structures, Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, English
Nice to Have
Basic understanding of data science concepts and structured data handling is a plus
What You'll Do.
Design and structure standardized measurement workflows for polymer testing
Develop and refine SOPs for thermal analysis

Support the generation and validation of material cards for simulation applications
Evaluate measurement quality and define criteria for reproducibility and robustness
Translate laboratory data into structured
Collaborate with internal and external laboratories to ensure methodological consistency
