High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience with PC competency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documentation, electrical schematics, and automation blueprints, problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex integrated systems combining mechanical, electrical, and software components, Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds, work 12-hour shifts, and perform repetitive movements with manual dexterity for precision tasks, Understanding of safety protocols and procedures for working with automated equipment and robotic systems, Excellent attention to detail for maintenance documentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and team leadership
Nice to Have
Associate degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Technology, or related technical field, Technical certifications in robotics, automation, industrial maintenance, or PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc. ), 4+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated conveyor systems, robotic controls, and industrial automation equipment, Experience with AutoStore ASRS or similar automated storage and retrieval systems, Knowledge of CMMS systems, lean maintenance practices, and reliability-centered maintenance methodologies, Experience with PLC systems, industrial automation networks, predictive maintenance technologies, and condition monitoring systems, Project management experience supporting automation initiatives and system integration projects
